Odaily Planet Daily reports: Game blockchain Ronin has announced it will migrate to Ethereum Layer 2 on May 12, adopting the OP Stack as its underlying framework and integrating EigenDA as its data availability layer. Chain operations are expected to be paused for approximately 10 hours during the migration. After this upgrade, RON’s annual inflation rate will decrease from over 20% to below 1%, while treasury revenues will now include staking rewards, Sequencer net fees, and Marketplace transaction fees. Additionally, Ronin has introduced a “Proof of Allocation” incentive mechanism based on “Builder Score,” distributing monthly RON rewards to ecosystem builders.
