The move aims to serve over 19 million capital market investors and 17 million crypto traders in the country. The acquisitions are pending regulatory approvals and are expected to be completed by mid-2026. Indonesia ranks seventh globally in crypto adoption, with digital asset transaction values reaching 650 trillion rupiah ($39.7 billion) in 2024.
