Huo Xing Finance reports that the Robinhood chain ecosystem token STANDARD (The Standard Reserve) reached a market cap of $40 million two hours after launch, before retreating to its current price of $28.91 million, with trading volume exceeding $40 million. The current on-chain circulating supply of STANDARD tokens is 98,323,639.9815. The project aims to function as an on-chain sovereign central bank, replacing traditional central banks or DAO governance with immutable smart contract code (approximately 4,000 lines) to automate monetary policy. The protocol automatically adjusts monetary policy based on the net ETH flow through Uniswap v4’s official trading pool: when there is net ETH inflow, it gradually increases STANDARD issuance and allocates revenue to accumulate reserve assets and protocol-owned liquidity; when there is net ETH outflow, it reduces issuance and uses revenue to repurchase and burn tokens. According to the official whitepaper, STANDARD is the sole token of the ecosystem, with a hard cap of 1 billion tokens. At genesis, only 100 million tokens were pre-minted and entirely locked as protocol-owned liquidity in the Uniswap v4 ETH–STANDARD pool. The remaining 900 million tokens constitute the issuance budget; once cumulative issuance reaches this limit, base issuance will permanently cease. Revenue distribution is allocated as follows: 70% to the reserve/repurchase pool, 15% to permanent liquidity, and 15% to the team. The protocol’s base issuance begins at 700,000 tokens per day and adjusts dynamically via a policy multiplier m (ranging from 0.2x to 1.25x, starting at 1x) based on ETH inflow conditions.

The token launch news emerged as Robinhood Chain’s STANDARD (The Standard Reserve) reached a $40 million market cap within two hours of launch, later settling at $28.91 million. On-chain data shows trading volume exceeded $40 million. The circulating supply stands at 98,323,639.9815 tokens. The project aims to function as a blockchain-based central bank, using smart contracts to automate monetary policy by adjusting token issuance based on ETH flows in Uniswap v4’s liquidity pool: supply expands when funds flow in and tokens are burned when they flow out. STANDARD has a hard cap of 1 billion tokens, with 100 million initially minted as liquidity. The base issuance rate is 700,000 tokens per day, adjustable via a policy multiplier. Fee distribution is allocated 70% to the reserve, 15% to liquidity, and 15% to the team.
