Odaily Planet Daily reports that after the launch of Robinhood Chain, DEX trading volume dropped from a peak of approximately $878 million on July 11 to $241 million on August 1, a decline of 72.5%.
During the same period, other on-chain core metrics rose: daily transaction volume hit a record high of 13.3 million transactions on August 5, TVL reached a record of $433 million on August 6, and stablecoin supply peaked at $597 million. Meanwhile, global DEX trading volume increased from $5.27 billion to $7.33 billion, while Robinhood Chain’s share of global DEX trading volume declined from its peak of 16.65% to 4.32%. The average DEX trading volume per transaction dropped 74% from $105.56 on July 13 to $27.82 on August 4, before rebounding to $39.07.
