River Announces S3 Snapshot on 12.19, S4 to Launch on 12.22

River announced the S3 final snapshot on December 19 and the **token launch** of S4 on December 22. S3, the Verification and Expansion phase, reached a peak TVL of $650 million and $350 million in satUSD circulation. Pendle, Morpho, and ListaDAO integrations are complete. S4 will last 90–120 days, focusing on $RIVER **long-term** alignment and participation via Omni-CDP usage, staking, and social engagement. S3 rewards are claimable next week, with S4 rewards to follow 90–120 days later, pending official updates.
