According to CoinPaper, Ripple has obtained a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license from Singapore’s Monetary Authority, allowing it to expand regulated payment services in the Asia-Pacific region. The license, one of the highest regulatory approvals in Singapore, enables Ripple to serve institutional and retail clients under strict compliance standards. The move strengthens Ripple’s position in blockchain-based cross-border payments and boosts confidence in XRP and RLUSD. Separately, XRP ETFs saw a record $41 million in daily trading volume, led by Bitwise with $11.69 million, signaling rising institutional interest and investor confidence in XRP-backed funds.
