Ripple has partnered with AMINA Bank AG, a Swiss-regulated institution, to boost cross-border payments via blockchain. AMINA Bank is the first European bank to adopt Ripple Payments, enabling faster, cheaper transactions by combining blockchain and traditional banking. The integration helps crypto firms bypass legacy systems, especially for stablecoin transfers. Ripple Payments is now live in major markets, including Switzerland, Australia, Brazil, Dubai, Mexico, Singapore, and the U.S., handling over $95 billion daily. This project partners effort aims to improve global payment efficiency.
