Odaily Planet Daily reports: African fintech company Flutterwave has sold a portion of its equity to blockchain company Ripple, resulting in a company valuation of $3.3 billion.
Flutterwave CEO Olugbenga Agboola said the partnership aims to accelerate the company's growth through payment business expansion and strategic collaboration, without disclosing Ripple's investment amount or equity stake. Flutterwave currently operates in 35 African countries. (Bloomberg)
