Swell and XRPL Apex merge for the first time
Ripple also stated that this year, Swell will be merged with XRPL Apex for the first time. Swell typically focuses more on institutional networking, while XRPL Apex is more centered on developers and community activities within the XRP Ledger ecosystem.
This adjustment means Ripple is now combining institutional-focused discussions with XRPL ecosystem showcases in a single event, aiming to broaden the event’s reach and strengthen its connections with traditional finance and on-chain infrastructure participants.
