A Japanese government report, however, indicates that 86.4% of Japanese enterprises have already implemented generative AI in at least one task—a figure lower than China’s 98.1%, Germany’s 91.6%, and the United States’ 90.9%. Looking ahead to the next one to two years, only 4% of companies expect their AI budgets to grow by 50% or more annually, while all respondents stated they will not reduce their AI spending.
