KuCoin Flash reports that, as of publication, RAY is trading at 1.3016 USDT on the KuCoin spot market, up 20.46% over the past 24 hours. The price reached a 24-hour high of 1.4757 USDT and a low of 1.0295 USDT, while 24-hour trading volume reached approximately 1.37 million RAY, equivalent to around $1.74 million.
The latest market move is not simply a single price spike. The chart shows RAY trading in the 0.5–0.9 USDT range for an extended period before breaking above 1 USDT alongside a significant increase in trading activity. The price subsequently reached around 1.47 USDT before pulling back toward 1.30 USDT. RAY remains at elevated levels following the recent rally.
Raydium is one of the core decentralized trading protocols in the Solana ecosystem, providing AMM, CLMM, liquidity, LaunchLab and perpetual products. RAY is the native SPL token of Raydium, with a maximum supply of 555 million tokens. According to official documentation, team and seed allocations completed their unlock schedule in February 2024, while new RAY issuance currently comes primarily from mining-reserve emissions.
Several developments across the Raydium ecosystem have recently attracted market attention. On September 5, the Solana project StonkFun integrated with Raydium LaunchLab. The native token of StonkFun subsequently surged sharply, drawing additional attention to the traffic and token-launch capabilities of LaunchLab. The Block reported that RAY gained more than 40% around the time of the StonkFun integration.
At the same time, Raydium has continued expanding its activity in tokenized equities. A Solana Foundation ecosystem report published on September 4 stated that cumulative tokenized-stock trading volume on Raydium had surpassed $4 billion. Data attributed to Token Terminal and reported on September 9 also showed that Solana accounted for approximately 9.1% of decentralized-exchange volume in tokenized stocks over the previous 30 days, while Raydium CLMM activity reached approximately $560.4 million.
The Raydium protocol also has a direct value-capture mechanism for RAY. According to official documentation, 12% of trading fees from CLMM and CPMM pools are allocated to RAY buybacks, with repurchased RAY held at a publicly verifiable protocol address.
From a catalyst perspective, the latest move appears to be a multi-factor event-driven rally. Recent LaunchLab integrations and increased token-launch activity have strengthened market attention toward Raydium's trading and liquidity infrastructure. At the same time, the continued expansion of tokenized-stock trading provides Raydium with an additional source of trading activity and protocol-revenue growth. The RAY buyback mechanism further links part of the protocol's trading activity with the token economy.
Market data also indicate that RAY has already undergone a rapid repricing in recent sessions. CoinMarketCap data show that 24-hour market-wide trading volume for RAY reached approximately $118 million, with circulating market capitalization around $380 million. This suggests that the current move has evolved from a modest rebound into a more pronounced trend-driven market.
RAY remains below the 24-hour high of 1.4757 USDT. The market is therefore watching whether the token can reclaim the recent high around 1.47 USDT. If that level fails to break decisively, the 1.30 USDT area could become an important level for renewed two-way trading.
