According to Huoxing Finance, Eric Glyman, co-founder and co-CEO of the enterprise spending management platform Ramp, posted on October 13 announcing the launch of Glass, an AI workspace company-wide. Glyman stated that providing every employee with the best models and the most tokens does not make a company AI-native. He noted that in one week in May 2026, Ramp consumed $1.5 million worth of tokens; subsequently, a small team created a company-wide workflow based on environments built by employees who were most skilled at using AI. Glass emphasizes starting from the company’s existing knowledge rather than from blank conversations. As of the post, 323 employees have made over 6,500 edits to content within Glass. Regarding feature requests, previously around 300 per month had to be manually entered into Salesforce; after a customer manager saved prompts into Glass in May, approximately 20,000 requests are now captured monthly, with over 5,000 emails sent regarding requested features. The product supports integration with company knowledge from Linear, Notion, Google, Slack, Gong, and enables multiple users to collaborate within the same session. After migrating its own workflows to Glass, Ramp reduced its bills by 30% and is currently onboarding its first enterprise clients.
