Qwen Office reaches 30 million users in one month, with enterprise adoption surpassing half.

ChainCatcher report: Alibaba’s Tongyi Qianwen office product, Qianwen Office, has reached its one-month anniversary with over 30 million users, more than half of whom are enterprise users. In the past 30 days, it has undergone 120 version updates—averaging four iterations per day—with over a thousand features added cumulatively, and its international version has also launched. Qianwen Office has open-sourced its enterprise context infrastructure, MyContext, which has garnered over 3,000 stars on GitHub within weeks. By deeply integrating with IM platforms such as DingTalk, it transforms information scattered across messaging, documents, approvals, emails, and knowledge bases into organizational context that agents can understand and utilize. In collaboration with the Qianwen large model team, a dedicated office version, Qwen3.8-Flash, has been released, specifically optimized for multi-step planning, tool selection, and context compression. In real-world office scenarios, single-task generation speed has increased by approximately 100%, and average token consumption has been reduced by 75%. Enterprises including Changan Automobile, Huifu天下 (Huifu Global), Chuannhua Group, Zhongyi Corporation, and Laoyangji have already integrated the platform. At Changan Automobile, Qianwen Office has enabled end-to-end connectivity across R&D, production, supply, sales, and service. Manual wire harness selection calculations that previously took senior engineers two days have been reduced to five minutes, and vehicle document verification has been shortened from over ten minutes to just one to two minutes per vehicle.
