ChainCatcher report: Yuvi Lightman, founder and CEO of Quantus, posted on X that the Quantus quantum-resistant mainnet will launch on Wednesday, September 9. The only way to acquire tokens during the initial launch phase will be through mining; liquidity and tradability will be enabled several weeks later. The team has integrated Immunefi’s security work into the public codebase and completed all fixes from the audit competition. The chain supports ML-DSA-65 and ML-DSA-87, binding each signature to its context according to the FIPS 204 standard, implementing fail-closed behavior for undecodable multisig transactions, and hardening the network stack against denial-of-service attacks. The team conducted end-to-end drills on a global pre-mainnet covering the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Australia, used automated pipelines to generate signature binaries, deployed multi-region bootnodes and dedicated RPC nodes via infrastructure-as-code, and reduced indexer memory usage from over 90% to approximately 26%. Additionally, Quantus has launched its launch sign-up page, completed a website redesign, added multi-account support to the Keystone hardware wallet, and released CLI v2.1.3 and miner v4.0.2. Quantum & Privacy Day will be held on October 8 in Singapore in collaboration with NEAR, coinciding with Token2049.

The project has integrated Immunefi security audits into the public codebase and resolved all audit findings. On-chain updates highlight that Quantus supports ML-DSA-65 and ML-DSA-87 under FIPS 204 standards, and the network stack includes fail-closed mechanisms for undecodable multisignature transactions. The team reduced indexer memory usage from 90% to 26% and deployed global bootnodes. A redesigned website, multi-account support in the Keystone wallet, and updated CLI and miner versions have also been released. The Quantum & Privacy Day event will take place in Singapore on October 8, co-hosted with NEAR during Token2049.
