Odaily Planet Daily reports that, according to QCP Group’s latest market report, despite market fluctuations caused by news of the U.S. government transferring large amounts of BTC and the Ledger hack, Bitcoin has remained range-bound, failing multiple times to break above $87,000, but holding firm above the $80,000 support level. A successful breakout above $87,000 could target the next resistance at $94,000.
In the options market, Bitcoin's implied volatility remains elevated, while the premium on put options has narrowed, indicating that market participants are more inclined to wait for a directional breakout rather than increasing defensive positions. Currently, long call butterfly spreads with strike prices of $90,000, $95,000, and $100,000 expiring on October 30 are the primary concentration of month-end positions.
Additionally, this week’s U.S. CPI and PPI data, along with remarks by Fed Chair Warsh at the IMF and World Bank annual meetings, will be key market focus points. Reports indicate that the market currently prices in approximately a 17% probability of an October rate hike; upcoming macroeconomic data and policy signals may influence BTC’s future price movement.
