The AI agents mint an additional 1 billion tokens per eligible project, trading randomly for 24 hours before burning unsold portions. This aims to increase early-stage liquidity and engagement without creating new tokens. The feature was discovered by the community in updated platform documentation rather than through a formal announcement. Pump.fun has seen a slowdown in activity, with daily token creations dropping to 12,000-15,000 and active addresses at around 31,000.
