On September 8, 2026, ServiceTitan announced its second-quarter financial results for fiscal year 2027. Among other matters, the company stated: “Due to the significant change management required for Max—ServiceTitan’s AI-driven enterprise software suite—we typically do not charge subscription fees in the first quarter of additional Max contracts, and we have also chosen not to charge onboarding fees when existing customers transition to Max. As a result, we expect both our platform revenue and professional services revenue growth to slow for the remainder of fiscal year 2027.” The company also stated: “We anticipate that the structural shift to Max will further reduce professional services revenue by approximately $2 million for the remainder of this fiscal year, which will, of course, also impact professional services gross margin.”
Affected by this news, ServiceTitan's stock price dropped $24.46, or 29.98%, closing at $57.12 per share on September 9, 2026.
