As reported by Jinse, prediction market platform Polymarket US has released a trading fee schedule applicable to all markets. The fee, set at 0.01% of the total contract premium, is charged on Taker Orders that are immediately matched. The QCEX website is now redirecting to Polymarket US and Polymarket Clearing. Earlier this year in July, Polymarket acquired QCEX, a CFTC-licensed exchange and clearinghouse, for $112 million. According to Bloomberg, insiders revealed that Polymarket plans to re-enter the U.S. market in the coming weeks, focusing on sports event predictions, with initial trading expected to launch by late November, though not fully open to all users.
