Pineapple Financial Tokenizes $10B in Mortgages on Injective Blockchain

Pineapple Financial Inc. announced on December 10, 2025, plans to tokenize 29,000 mortgages totaling $10 billion USD using blockchain technology on the Injective blockchain. The initiative is part of a $13.7 billion portfolio expansion. The company also secured a $100 million private placement in INJ tokens, backed by FalconX and Kraken. Cooper Emmons of Injective Labs called it one of the largest real-world asset deployments by a public company.
