Based on TechFlow, on December 10, Canadian fintech company Pineapple Financial announced the launch of a mortgage tokenization platform on the Injective blockchain. The company plans to migrate its entire historical portfolio of over 29,000 mortgages, valued at approximately $10 billion, onto the blockchain. To date, Pineapple Financial has successfully tokenized over 1,200 mortgage documents, representing $412 million in value. Each tokenized record includes over 500 data points, aiming to enhance transparency and operational efficiency. Previously, the publicly traded company announced a $100 million Injective digital asset library strategy.
