The Pi team will host a three-day Pi Ecosystem Summit.
The Pi Network team recently posted on X that they will host a three-day Pi Ecosystem Summit, focusing on developers and the applications they are building for Pi users.
Unlike Pi Day and Pi2Day, which celebrate the overall progress of the network, this summit will focus on new tools, applications, and services being developed for the Pi ecosystem.
According to Pi Network’s announcement, the event will include platform updates, demonstrations of developer tools, app showcases, and discussions between developers and the Pi Core Team. These sessions will demonstrate how developers can use Pi’s tools to build new services.
The summit will also help developers and Pioneers explore available resources and discover new projects, with the goal of creating more practical applications and providing users with more ways to use Pi in real life.
New developer tools and hackathon programs are expected to be announced.
A key part of the summit will be a demonstration of Pi development tools. These sessions will show developers how to use the platform’s features and resources to build applications.
The event will also showcase applications created by enterprise and community developers, highlighting the services they provide and how they utilize Pi.
Another key announcement will concern the upcoming Pi hackathon. The event is expected to provide developers with new opportunities to build applications on Pi, though further details will be revealed during the summit.
Discussions between developers and the Pi Core Team will also explore what developers aim to build, what support they need, and how their applications can enhance the utility of Pi.
Protocol 28 upgrade drives Pi price higher
At the time of this summit's announcement, Pi Network is also continuing to enhance its technology. The Pi Core Team has scheduled the Protocol 28 mainnet upgrade to support more advanced smart contracts, including subscriptions, custodial services, and NFTs.
Following the announcement, the price of PI rose over 4% to approximately $0.0804. If the rebound continues, the next resistance level is at $0.086, followed by the range of $0.09 to $0.10.
