Pendle Lists Partners Group Infrastructure Strategy Token NGI+ with a 19% Fixed Yield

Huo Xing Cai Jing reports that on September 18, according to official news from Pendle, the Partners Group Next Generation Infrastructure strategy has launched on Pendle in the form of NGI+, with a maturity date of December 10, 2026. The token is tokenized by AssetoFinance and tracks the net asset value performance of the fund. Partners Group manages approximately $186 billion in assets, with the related fund exceeding $1 billion in size. Pendle’s official statement notes that the fund has delivered a net return of 48.8% over the past nearly 2.5 years, with volatility below 2.5%, and an initial fixed yield of approximately 19% at launch. Pendle co-founder TN Lee stated that this is one of the most exciting launches on Pendle recently. The overall size of tokenized RWA has just surpassed $30 billion, while the private markets themselves manage trillions of dollars, making this one of the highest-growth sectors with transformative potential in this cycle.
