Paradigm general partner Charlie Noyes announced on X that he has stepped down from his role. Noyes, who joined Paradigm at 19 as its first employee and was promoted to general partner in February 2025, will continue to serve as a board observer for Kalshi alongside Matt Huang and support the firm’s portfolio companies and founders. His ongoing involvement may help maintain a strong risk-to-reward ratio for early-stage crypto projects.
