Huoxing Finance reports that, as of October 15, according to DefiLlama data, Papertrade has generated a cumulative revenue of $42.24 million since its launch six days ago, ranking second in daily protocol revenue across all networks, surpassing Circle and trailing only Tether. According to information on Papertrade’s official website, the protocol has distributed $41.58 million to PAPER stakers. This means 98.46% of protocol revenue has been allocated to token stakers. It should be noted that the aforementioned protocol revenue includes: a 2% fee on traders’ realized PnL upon closing positions, a 2% fee on liquidated margin losses, and LP balances transferred to PAPER stakers once they exceed the $5 million cap. Thus, the majority of this “protocol revenue” stems from increased LP balances caused by losses from platform traders. According to official documentation, PAPER staker rewards come from two sources: first, a 2% protocol fee (split equally with developers); second, all LP balance amounts exceeding $5 million are fully allocated to stakers. As a result, the protocol creates a closed-loop system where losers receive platform equity (PAPER), winners take the losers’ funds, and the platform takes a cut from winners to subsidize losers.
Papertrade 6-day revenue reaches $42.24M, with 98.46% allocated to PAPER stakers.

On-chain data shows that Papertrade generated $42.24 million in revenue over six days, ranking second globally in daily protocol income. Of this, $41.58 million, or 98.46%, was distributed to PAPER stakers. Fees consist of 2% from closed-position profits, 2% from liquidation losses, and LP surplus exceeding $5 million. The token launch highlights the platform’s model: 2% platform fees and LP balances fund stakers. Losers receive tokens, winners take from losers, and fees subsidize the system.
