On May 19, four wallets simultaneously transferred their holdings into this contract; one allocation matched Trump’s disclosed holdings, while the other three were believed to correspond to holdings of his family members. Under governance rules passed in May, founders may choose to maintain indefinite lock-up or opt for the new schedule: burning 10% of their allocation, followed by a two-year lock-up period, with the remaining tokens unlocking gradually over three years. These tokens are currently not saleable. World Liberty Financial denied that these transfers were made in preparation for selling.
