Based on PANews, OpenLedger has launched the OPEN mainnet, a decentralized network designed to provide data provenance and automated compensation for AI systems. Users can upload datasets to a shared 'data network,' where developers train models and receive automated payments via smart contracts. The platform's 'Proof of Attribution' system records the origin of datasets, models, and agents on-chain, enabling verifiable credit and automatic payments. Developers can build AI agents without managing infrastructure, and contributors are rewarded in OPEN tokens based on attribution trails. OpenLedger previously raised $8 million in a seed round led by Polychain Capital and Borderless Capital in July 2024.
