According to Bloomberg, Fenix International, the operator of OnlyFans, disclosed in its financial statements on Tuesday that the late founder, Leonid Radvinsky, received dividends totaling approximately $7.09 billion in the months prior to his death—$535 million for the fiscal year ending November 2025 and an additional $174 million in installments during the first three months of 2026. Since acquiring OnlyFans, Radvinsky had accumulated over $2 billion in dividends. Bloomberg also reported that just weeks after Radvinsky’s death, OnlyFans completed an equity transaction with San Francisco-based investment firm Architect Capital at a $3.15 billion valuation, granting Architect Capital approximately 16% ownership and plans to collaborate on financial services and products for creators.
