Huo Xing Finance reports that on August 16, NVIDIA disclosed its latest 13F filing as of June 30, revealing holdings in eight U.S. stocks with a total end-of-period market value of approximately $63.44 billion, representing a roughly 245% increase from $18.37 billion at the end of the first quarter. Specifically, Intel remains NVIDIA’s largest holding, with 215 million shares valued at approximately $29.99 billion, accounting for 47.3% of the 13F portfolio. SpaceX appears for the first time in NVIDIA’s 13F filing, with 123 million shares valued at approximately $20.98 billion, becoming the second-largest holding at about 33.1%. Together, these two positions account for approximately 80.3% of NVIDIA’s reported portfolio. Other holdings include 47.21 million shares of CoreWeave valued at approximately $4.7 billion; 7.79 million shares of Coherent valued at approximately $3.07 billion; 166 million shares of Nokia valued at approximately $2.21 billion; 4.82 million shares of Synopsys valued at approximately $2.15 billion; 1.19 million shares of Nebius valued at approximately $330 million; and 830,000 shares of Generate Biomedicines valued at approximately $14.06 million. Regarding portfolio adjustments, aside from SpaceX’s debut in the 13F filing, the share quantities of the other seven stocks remained unchanged from the end of the first quarter. Thus, the significant increase in the market value of NVIDIA’s 13F portfolio primarily resulted from the inclusion of SpaceX’s position for the first time and appreciation in the value of existing holdings—not from NVIDIA making net purchases of approximately $45 billion in secondary market trades during the second quarter. Notably, NVIDIA’s stake in SpaceX originated from its prior investment in xAI, not from direct purchases on the secondary market after SpaceX’s listing. The 13F filing reflects only end-of-quarter reportable securities holdings and does not disclose acquisition timing, cost basis, or post-quarter-end transactions.
