NVIDIA's NVentures has joined a $50 million Series D funding round for Legora, a Swedish legal AI startup. The round values Legora at $56 billion, following a $550 million Series D round in April 2026. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) now exceeds $100 million. Investors include Atlassian, Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, and Kleiner Perkins. The funding comes amid increasing regulatory scrutiny under MiCA and CFT compliance requirements.

ChainCatcher reports that NVIDIA has added another piece to its AI puzzle, with its corporate venture arm, NVentures, investing in Legora—reportedly its first investment in the legal AI space. Legora, a Swedish legal tech startup that uses AI to help lawyers increase efficiency and competes with U.S.-based company Harvey, has welcomed NVentures into its shareholder structure alongside Atlassian and other new investors, as part of its $500 million D-series extension round. This round comes just one month after the company closed a $5.5 billion D-round. During this period, Legora—a former Y Combinator company—has surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), propelling its latest post-money valuation to $5.6 billion. This valuation brings Legora closer to Harvey’s level, which reached a $11 billion valuation last month. Additional participants in this round include Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue Management, Conviction Partners, Elad Gil, Matt Miller’s Evantic, and Kleiner Perkins.
