IT Home, October 17: On October 14 in London, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, in an interview with Bloomberg journalist Emily Chang, stated that current AI demand far exceeds supply and that he does not believe the industry is currently in an "AI bubble." However, he acknowledged that supply may eventually surpass demand in the future.
Jensen Huang said in an interview: “Bubbles occur when supply exceeds demand. Eventually, supply and demand will balance out, and at some point, supply may exceed demand—but not today. Today, demand far exceeds supply.”
In response to market concerns sparked by AI cloud provider CoreWeave, Jensen Huang stated that there was no need to bail out the company, as its financial situation would be fine. The report noted that CoreWeave’s stock price reversed its decline on Thursday, closing up nearly 6%.

Huang also believes that AI safety should not be used as a reason to slow down; the industry should accelerate AI deployment rather than retard it, and to prevent AI from going out of control, more AI is needed. Bloomberg’s original article did not elaborate on the underlying technical mechanisms, validation standards, or applicable boundaries.
