The report also projects that Samsung Electronics' free cash flow will increase from W296 trillion to W456 trillion, and further to W563 trillion; meanwhile, the shareholder return yield is expected to rise from 11.2% to 17.6%, and ultimately reach 22.3%.

The operating profit and profit margins for DRAM and NAND are expected to continue rising over the next several years. This upward revision aligns with prior findings from Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

The survey states that Samsung Electronics has included 60% to 70% of its memory sales in long-term supply agreements with terms of "price floors, no price ceilings."
