ChainThink reports that on August 5, according to ABC News, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York upheld SBF’s convictions for fraud and conspiracy on Tuesday, rejecting his appeal.
In 2024, SBF was sentenced to 25 years in prison in connection with the collapse of FTX. Prosecutors described the case as one of the largest financial frauds in U.S. history.
