CEO Phong Le said the proceeds from the potential sale could be used to increase reserves by $1.25 billion, support its annual dividend and interest obligations of approximately $1.76 billion, and fund stock buybacks of up to $2 billion. Michael Saylor noted that $5 billion is the upper limit under the current plan, but the total could ultimately be higher.
