Production for the second half of 2026 is expected to reach 7 to 8 million units, with total sales over the first product cycle potentially reaching 20 million units, generating approximately $14 billion in revenue during the December quarter alone. The starting price for the foldable model is expected to be $2,399 (512GB), and each 1% increase in foldable unit share is projected to raise the average selling price of the iPhone lineup by about 1.5 percentage points. The Pro series will see the largest price increases: the iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,299 for the 256GB model, up $200 (18%) from the previous generation; the Pro Max starts at $1,399 for the 256GB model, up 17%. The A20 Pro chip, built on TSMC’s 2nm process, will debut with a 10% to 15% performance improvement at the same power consumption, enabling stronger on-device AI capabilities and supporting higher pricing.
