Moonrock Capital founder Simon Dedic called out Circle’s acquisition of Axelar’s Interop Labs as a “moral crime” on X. The deal excludes the Axelar Network, Foundation, and AXL token. Dedic said the move, while not illegal, is ethically wrong. Circle confirmed the acquisition but left the network upgrade and broader ecosystem out of the scope. On-chain news shows no token migration or governance changes.
