The acquisition will be completed through an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $100 million, though MoonPay has not officially disclosed the exact amount.


MoonPay CEO Ivan Soto-Wright said that DFlow’s execution layer will bring MoonPay high speed, reliability, and scalability to support high-frequency trading and next-generation agent-driven financial applications.
