Metaplanet Announces ADR Program MPJPY to Launch on December 19

Metaplanet Inc. has launched an ADR program, MPJPY, set to go live on December 19, 2025. Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas will act as the depositary. The ADRs will trade on the U.S. OTC market under the symbol MPJPY, with a 1:1 ratio to ordinary shares. Investors can track altcoins to watch alongside on-chain data for market insights. The CUSIP number is 59141L109. The company clarified the ADR program is not for fundraising and will not increase issued shares.
