Network fees increased 14% to approximately $793,000, with penalties accounting for 99.5%. The v27 'Golden Week' upgrade removed old sector methods, bringing base and bulk fees nearly to zero. Active storage slightly declined 1% to 1,110 PiB, and daily new transaction volume dropped 19%. The number of live datasets increased to 2,491, with 925 exceeding 1,000 TiB. FVM token activity remained stable in FIL terms; DeFi TVL fell 8.4% to around $27 million; USDFC circulation dropped 8.5% to about $275,000. The Filecoin Foundation and GSR Foundation are advancing cultural and scientific data storage collaboration. Filecoin Onchain Cloud is set to launch on November 19 at 00:00 Beijing time, with a YouTube live broadcast. The platform aims to build a decentralized, developer-owned cloud infrastructure covering storage, computation, retrieval, and access control for the new era of data and AI.
