MemeStrategy, a Hong Kong-listed blockchain treasury company, raised HKD 84.07 million (about USD 10.82 million) through the issuance of nearly 49 million shares. Net proceeds of HKD 83.72 million will fund blockchain solutions and real-world asset projects. The firm also added 2,440 SOL to its holdings, now totaling 12,290 SOL.
