Matrixdock, the RWA tokenization platform under BIT, has completed its fourth consecutive semi-annual independent reserve audit, conducted by the international inspection and certification body Bureau Veritas. This audit for the first time included the tokenized silver product XAGm, covering the underlying precious metal reserves of both XAUm and XAGm. The audit encompassed 574 gold and silver bars, stored in three institutional-grade vaults: Malca-Amit Singapore, Brink’s Hong Kong, and Brink’s Singapore. The total circulating supply of XAUm is 16,331.179 tokens, representing approximately $66.09 million in gold assets; the total circulating supply of XAGm is 65,998.551 tokens, representing approximately $4.04 million in silver assets. Matrixdock has maintained a consistent and unified independent verification process for two consecutive years, establishing a multi-layered reserve transparency system.Article author and source: BIT (formerly Matrixport)
Recently, Matrixdock, BIT’s (formerly Matrixport) RWA tokenization platform, completed its fourth consecutive semi-annual independent reserve audit. The audit was once again conducted by the international inspection and certification body Bureau Veritas, which independently verified the reserves and expanded the scope to include the tokenized silver product XAGm. This audit covers the underlying precious metal reserves backing both XAUm and XAGm, marking Matrixdock’s second consecutive year of maintaining a consistent and ongoing independent verification process, further enhancing its reserve transparency framework.

Independently verified for two consecutive years, continuously improving the reserve transparency system. According to information published by Matrixdock, this marks the fourth consecutive semi-annual independent reserve audit and the second consecutive year conducted by Bureau Veritas for independent reserve verification.
Matrixdock stated that consistent verification by the same independent audit firm helps establish a stable and consistent verification process, enabling the auditor to gain a deeper understanding of its reserve structure and more easily identify potential anomalies in the future. As tokenized assets become increasingly integrated into financial infrastructure, long-term trust stems not from a single audit, but from a continuous and reliable verification mechanism.
Matrixdock refers to this multi-layered verification system as the Reserve Transparency Stack, providing holders with ongoing verifiability of the underlying assets backing the tokens.
The audit scope has been expanded to include XAGm, and physical verification of the precious metal reserves has been completed. Based on the audit results from Bureau Veritas, the physical reserves held by Matrixdock have been verified and confirmed to match Matrixdock’s records.
This audit covered a total of 574 gold and silver bars from LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) certified refineries, stored across three institutional-grade vaults:
- Malca-Amit Singapore (audited as of July 3, 2026)
- Brink's Hong Kong (audited as of July 8, 2026)
- Brink's Singapore (audited as of July 15, 2026)
During the audit, all gold bars were individually weighed and measured for dimensions. Compared to the second half of 2025 audit, this audit added 26 new gold bars and expanded the scope to include 66 silver bars.

As of the audit date, XAUm (tokenized gold):
- A total of 508 gold bars were audited;
- Equivalent to 16,331.184 troy ounces of gold;
- The total circulating supply of XAUm is 16,331.179 coins, of which:
EVM chain: 11,242.657 tokens;
Sui Network: 2,677.413 tokens;
Solana network: 1,575.248;
Stellar Network: 771,552;
Based on a gold price of $4,046.86 per troy ounce, the corresponding asset value is approximately $66.09 million.
This period's independent reserve audit also covers XAGm (tokenized silver). As of the audit date:
- A total of 66 silver bars were audited;
- Equivalent to 65,934 troy ounces of silver;
- The total circulating supply of XAGm is 65,998.551 coins, of which:
Ethereum network: 33,004.219 ETH;
Sui Network: 32,990 tokens;
The current ozPerToken is 0.999021918;
Based on a silver price of $61.24 per troy ounce, the corresponding asset value is approximately $4.04 million.
The audit confirmed that all precious metal bars have been individually reconciled with the corresponding vault records, with no discrepancies found. As of the audit date, the XAUm reserve assets were in alignment with the number of circulating tokens; the XAGm reserve assets were also in alignment with the number of circulating tokens after applying the respective ozPerToken value.
From periodic audits to continuous verification, reserve transparency is becoming a foundational capability in on-chain finance. In addition to independent reserve audits conducted twice a year, Matrixdock continuously discloses monthly reserve asset reports, on-chain proof of reserves for precious metal products, and the Gold Allocation Lookup tool, allowing holders to verify the mapping between specific gold bars and their corresponding tokens. This enables ongoing validation of underlying assets—not merely relying on periodic audit results—collectively forming a continuously updated transparent record.
Matrixdock stated that it will continue to evaluate the possibility of collaborating with global third-party service providers to further enhance off-chain reserve asset verification capabilities while safeguarding customer privacy.
When the underlying reserves remain continuously verifiable, reserve assets will be able to participate in additional on-chain financial scenarios, such as institutional fund management, financial applications, and lending markets. As tokenized assets evolve from asset mapping tools into financial infrastructure, the ongoing verifiability of underlying reserves is becoming a fundamental metric for assessing the quality of reserve assets. This marks the fourth consecutive semi-annual independent reserve audit, demonstrating Matrixdock’s long-term commitment to building the on-chain financial Reserve Layer.
