A 23-year-old individual has been charged with stealing $16 million from around 100 KuCoin exchange users. Known online as 'lolimfeelingevil,' the suspect impersonated a Coinbase employee, warning victims their assets were at risk. He then tricked users into sending crypto to his accounts. Funds were laundered via mixers, exchanges, and gambling sites. The leading cryptocurrency exchange remains a key target for such scams.
