MAGNE.AI Completes $2.64M Strategic Funding, Total Raised Reaches $12.64M

ChainCatcher report: Decentralized AI and on-chain intelligent infrastructure developer MAGNE.AI has officially announced the completion of a new strategic funding round of $2.64 million, with participation from GAEA Ventures, Titans Ventures, and Go2Mars Labs. Combined with the previously disclosed $10 million funding, MAGNE.AI’s total publicly reported fundraising to date has reached $12.64 million. According to the official announcement, the proceeds from this round will primarily be used to accelerate the engineering validation and commercial delivery of its core hardware/software product, the MAGNE AI BOX; advance technical integration with the MAGNE L1 and MHash L2 networks; and focus on developing the MAGNE Agent Pay protocol and AI Agent payment solutions compatible with the x402 standard. The MAGNE AI BOX enables local model inference, private RAG, multimodal processing, and secure AI Agent execution, aiming to provide individuals and enterprises with an integrated technology stack encompassing edge AI, Agent payments, and on-chain intelligence.
