IT Home, October 10: Luxshare Precision announced tonight regarding the company and its subsidiaries being involved in a U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 investigation, stating that the ITC officially initiated the investigation on October 9 local time in response to patent infringement claims filed by U.S.-based V Token Issuer Corporation.

Regarding the impact of this investigation, Luxshare stated that the products under investigation are currently in the customer validation phase and have not yet entered mass production. Based on the current business progress of these products, the company expects this investigation to not have a material adverse effect on its current production and operations or its interim financial performance.

At the same time, Luxshare Precision also stated that the company has immediately initiated research into the involved patents and related products, and is actively assembling technical, legal, and business teams to develop specific response strategies and action plans, drawing on previous case experiences. Moving forward, the company will actively defend itself and continue advancing patent technology analysis, product evaluation, and necessary technical optimizations.
