ME News reports that, on September 8 (UTC+8), the Liquidity Arena 2026 AI Quant Trading Competition, hosted by LTP, will enter the main stage of its dual-track competition on September 9. The event has already attracted over a hundred registered teams, including AI developers, universities and research institutions, as well as hedge funds, prop trading teams, HFT teams, and professional traders.
In the completed Phase 1 of Track A, the participating AI agents executed over 70,000 trades, and 30 teams advanced to the Mainnet Duel Finals.
Starting September 9, the two tracks will compete separately:
Track A — Logic Frontier
The 30 advancing teams will enter the finals, where AI Agents will be evaluated on autonomous reasoning, interpretation of market signals, and trading performance, with trading decision processes verified through MCP and Reasoning Log.
Track B — Liquidity Pro
Designed for hedge funds, prop trading teams, HFT teams, and professional traders, this track evaluates key quantitative trading metrics such as strategy profitability, capital capacity, execution quality, and slippage control. Track B is still open for registration until September 23, 23:59 (GMT+8).
The total prize value for this competition exceeds $300,000, including over $100,000 in cash prizes, as well as AI Token rewards, LTP VIP trading and clearing fee benefits, partner resources, and career development opportunities.
