As reported by 528btc, the Linea airdrop claim deadline on December 9 has triggered a sharp price decline. Linea's price fell nearly 8% within 24 hours as users rushed to sell their airdropped tokens before the deadline. The token traded at $0.00813 as of December 2, with the Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicating an oversold condition and the MACD showing a bearish trend. Over 92% of the 750,000 eligible wallets have claimed their rewards, totaling over $230 million in distributed assets. The Linea team confirmed that unclaimed tokens will be returned to the alliance ecosystem fund to support the Ethereum ecosystem. Despite the short-term sell-off, the team announced updates to the Exponent project, which could positively impact future price performance. Analysts predict a potential rebound in the coming months if user activity increases and the market stabilizes.
