According to ME News, on August 12 (UTC+8), South Korea’s securities information company Koscom and NH Investment & Securities signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to collaborate on tokenized securities (STO) business. NH Investment & Securities will participate in Koscom’s jointly developed STO platform, with cooperation covering system validation, integration of issuance and account management processes, development of new digital asset and STO models, and joint responses to regulatory and market changes. Currently, Koscom is working with multiple securities firms to build a shared STO platform to reduce redundant development and support integrated issuance and trading. (Source: Foresight News)
