Kled founder Avi Patel accused Believe founder Ben Pasternak of selling millions of KLED tokens over the past seven days. Pasternak, who once held over 6% of the token supply, had agreed to use OTC trades or burns for liquidity. But Patel claims he began large-scale sales on the day of the Kled token launch, transferring tokens to a third party who sold over 1% of the total supply. Kled bought back tokens at a $27 million valuation, cutting Pasternak’s stake to 3.5%. A week later, another buyback reduced it to 1.7%. He now holds 2–3 million tokens and is still selling.
