PANews, March 14: According to the Science and Technology Daily, Moonshot AI's Kimi has seen its latest valuation rise to $18 billion (approximately RMB 124.355 billion), quadrupling in value within three months. Additionally, a new round of funding totaling $1 billion (approximately RMB 6.909 billion) is currently underway. Within less than three months, Kimi has completed three funding rounds, setting a new record for the most consecutive funding rounds by a domestic large model in recent years and becoming China’s fastest-growing unicorn to surpass a $10 billion valuation. Earlier this month, data from global payment platform Stripe showed that Kimi’s individual subscription payment orders experienced explosive growth in January and February. In January, individual user payment orders increased by 8,280% month-over-month, and in February, they rose a further 123.8% month-over-month.
