According to a job posting issued on the 12th, KakaoPay stated that launching a KRW-stablecoin and building a global ecosystem will serve as core pillars of its next-generation financial infrastructure, and it plans to collaborate with major domestic partners, global enterprises, international payment/remittance networks, and blockchain infrastructure providers. To this end, KakaoPay is hiring product managers for stablecoin and wallet products to develop policies and roadmaps for new stablecoin- and blockchain-related services, as well as server development engineers focused on stablecoin issuance and circulation.
