Jupiter Lend's official Earn API showed about 29 million USDC available for withdrawal at 09:25:56 UTC on October 31. The increase eased the lending product's immediate liquidity constraint but represented only a partial recovery in withdrawal capacity. Bitquery reported that withdrawable USDC amounted to only $88.89 at 16:18 UTC on October 30. Bitquery put the amount owed to Jupiter Lend's USDC savers at $416 million at that time.
An earlier Earn API snapshot, with liquidity data updated at 02:37:21 UTC on October 31, showed about 31.23 million USDC available for withdrawal. The same snapshot recorded approximately 445.77 million USDC in total assets. Withdrawable funds represented about 7.01% of those assets. At 09:25:56 UTC, the API recorded about 443 million USDC in total assets. The roughly 29 million USDC available for withdrawal represented about 6.6% of that total. The API liquidity balances describe withdrawal capacity, whereas Bitquery's figure for amounts owed measures depositor claims.
Jupiter's documentation identifies dynamic withdrawal ceilings and available liquidity as separate restrictions on immediate withdrawals. Available liquidity consists of funds that borrowers have not borrowed. The ceilings change over time and govern how quickly deposited funds qualify for withdrawal. A withdrawal permitted by a ceiling still requires sufficient available funds in the pool. A higher allowance alone therefore cannot resolve a shortage of unlent funds.
At 09:25:56 UTC, the API's withdrawableUntilLimit field showed about 221 million USDC, while the withdrawable field showed about 29 million USDC. The larger balance does not represent cash immediately available for withdrawal. Jupiter's mechanics documentation describes the general ceiling restriction but does not explicitly define those API fields.
Jupiter says depositors may have to await borrower repayments or new deposits when borrowers have borrowed most of an asset. The available pool balance therefore remains important for depositors seeking to withdraw everything. Continued withdrawal access depends on available funds as withdrawals, repayments and deposits alter the pool balance.
